Notifications help keep you updated when someone tags you or assigns you tasks within the platform. There are four main areas where you can receive notifications:
Claims: When someone mentions you in the comments on a claim.
Invoices: If you're tagged in the comments of an invoice.
Queries: When other users mention you in query comments.
Tasks: When a task is assigned to you.
If you’re tagged in any of these areas, you’ll receive a notification. You can easily view the related content by clicking the notification to go directly to the mentioned item, whether it's a claim, invoice, query, or task:

Navigate through multiple pages of notifications if you have more than five.
No need to set up specific preferences for notifications — users are automatically alerted
whenever they are tagged or assigned a task.
