Zipping files compresses them into a single archive, making it easier to upload multiple files at once.
On Windows
Select Files/Folders:
Highlight the files or folders you want to compress.
Right-Click:
Choose “Send to” → “Compressed (zipped) folder”.
Name the ZIP:
Enter a name for your ZIP file and press Enter.
Ready to Upload:
Your ZIP file is now ready to upload to the application.
On Mac
Select Files/Folders:
Highlight the files or folders you want to compress.
Right-Click / Control-Click:
Choose “Compress” from the menu.
ZIP File Created:
A ZIP file will appear in the same location, usually named Archive.zip (you can rename it).
Ready to Upload:
Your ZIP file is ready to be uploaded.
