Search Across the Platform — A new global search is now available via the magnifier icon in the header or the Ctrl+K / Cmd+K shortcut. Quickly find Claims, Queries, Companies, and Tasks with fuzzy matching, typo tolerance, and highlighted results — all from one search bar.
Import Enhancements
Smart AI Extraction After Import — A new option in the Data Cleaning step lets you automatically run Smart AI extraction on imported expenses that have documents attached. Results are grouped into a reviewable Smart AI batch result for easy review.
Custom Instructions for AI Category Mapping — You can now provide guidance to steer the AI when mapping categories during import. For example: "Use 'To be verified' for unknown categories" or "Classify client meals under Entertainment."
Domestic claim exports
Additional Vendor Address Fields — Excel and CSV exports now include Vendor Street, Street Number, Zip Code, City, and Country columns for more complete vendor data.
Performance Report
Human vs. Tech Verification Split — The Performance Report now shows a clear breakdown of invoices verified by humans versus tech processing, with independent trend indicators for each.
