Polish KsEF verification

  • VAT4U now supports automated KSeF verification on Polish invoices, available in both Standard and Advanced Compliance Checks.

  • KSeF QR code detection — the compliance engine identifies the KSeF QR code on the invoice and extracts the associated reference.

  • KSeF number validation against the expected format and the invoice metadata.

  • Dedicated compliance reason codes so missing or invalid KSeF references are clearly surfaced in the compliance results.

  • Visible in the Expense Wizard, giving applicants immediate feedback on the KSeF status of each Polish invoice they process.

Introducing e-invoice previews in VAT4U

  • VAT4U now generates a clean, human-readable preview for e-invoices across the major European e-invoicing standards. Instead of digging through raw XML, you get a PDF-style rendering of the invoice content - laid out the way your eyes expect it: supplier and customer details at the top, line items in the middle, totals and VAT breakdown where they belong.

Claim report sending

  • The Send Claim Report functionality which allows users to send claim outputs directly to client contact email address now supports tag-based email inputs for To, Cc, and Bcc fields, making it easy to send claim reports to multiple recipients at once.

Batch actions

  • When the target category in a batch category change is any of "Other…" categories, users can now provide a free-text description and language for the category, as required for the claims reporting. The list of supported languages is automatically filtered to the Country of Refund.
