It is possible to grant your customer access to their account in VAT4U. Follow the following steps to make it work.
💡When granting access to your customer, they will only see their own account and not your other customer's accounts.
Important: the customer will see and have the same rights as you have on their account. Make sure to control to whom you grant access...
👉 Step by step: grant access to one account
- Login to VAT4U (app.vat4u.com)
- Go to your iOSS module and account list (https://app.vat4u.com/ioss/account)
- Select the account for which you want to grant access and click on view
- Click on Add new user and inject the information of the user
