Two-factor authentication is an enhanced security measure. Once enabled, you'll be required to provide 2FA time based token in addition to your standard basic login details when you log into VAT4U.
To ensure a secure login process, it is necessary to have Google Authenticator installed on your mobile device. Google Authenticator provides an added layer of security by generating unique verification codes for your account. You can use another app than Google Auth if you prefer.
To install Google Authenticator, please follow these steps:
1. For Android users, visit the Google Play Store: [Google Play Store]
For iOS users, visit the App Store: [App Store]
2. Download and install the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device.
3. Once installed, open the app and follow the setup instructions to link it to your account.
Having Google Authenticator set up on your device will help protect your account and ensure a smooth and secure authentication experience.

👉 Step 2: Navigate to Settings / My account / Security
👉 Step 3: Click on Activate 2FA
👉 Step 4: Setup your codes
Use your smartphone 2FA app (e.g. Google Authenticator) and scan the QR code and follow instructions.
