Encryption and Security

All data, including user inputs like prompts and images, is fully encrypted both in transit (using Transport Layer Security, or TLS) and at rest. This ensures that your data is safeguarded at every stage.

AI Chatbots

For our AI Chatbots, we use OpenAI’s API with customized trainings performed by VAT4U with stringent security measures. These include secret access key management and role-based permissions. Additionally, our agreement with OpenAI guarantees that no client data is shared or used for training AI models.

Data Enrichment and Query Handling (Azure Cognitive Services)

For these functions, we use Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services. All data remains securely within the Microsoft Cloud, and we have opted out of using any customer data for AI training. Our enterprise agreement with Microsoft ensures robust security and full control over data handling.

No Data is Used for AI Training models

We do not use any customer data to train or enhance external LLM AI models. The AI models we use are pre-trained by their developers, and no customer-specific metadata is stored or retained for future use.
