How does VAT4U handle data security when using AI?
Table of Contents
At VAT4U, we leverage a combination of advanced AI technologies to streamline and optimize business processes. We integrate multiple layers of AI models, including internal AI models, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and Large Language Models (LLMs). These models work together seamlessly to automate and enhance business functions.
Internal AI Models: These are custom-built models tailored to meet the specific needs of our business processes, providing tailored insights and automation.
Optical Character Recognition (OCR): This technology enables the extraction of text and data from scanned documents and images, automating data entry and reducing manual input errors.
Large Language Models (LLMs): We utilize LLMs to process and understand complex language queries, enabling more accurate and context-aware responses. These models are integrated via secured APIs, ensuring that any data exchanged is not stored or used to train third-party models.
All AI models are managed with rigorous security measures, complying with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations. For example, LLMs are integrated using secure APIs, ensuring that any data exchanged is neither stored nor used for model training purposes.
When it comes to data enrichment and query handling, we utilize Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services. Through this platform, all data remains securely within the Microsoft Cloud. We have explicitly opted out of using client data for training purposes, and our enterprise agreement with Microsoft provides robust security guarantees and full control over data handling.
For our AI Assistant, we use OpenAI’s API with strict security protocols, including secret access key management and role-based permissions. Our enterprise agreement with OpenAI ensures that client data is neither shared nor used for model training.
At VAT4U, data security is a top priority. We implement the highest level of protection, ensuring that all systems are secure and compliant with the latest GDPR regulations.
