All AI models are managed with rigorous security measures, complying with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations. For example, LLMs are integrated using secure APIs, ensuring that any data exchanged is neither stored nor used for model training purposes.

When it comes to data enrichment and query handling, we utilize Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services. Through this platform, all data remains securely within the Microsoft Cloud. We have explicitly opted out of using client data for training purposes, and our enterprise agreement with Microsoft provides robust security guarantees and full control over data handling.

For our AI Assistant, we use OpenAI’s API with strict security protocols, including secret access key management and role-based permissions. Our enterprise agreement with OpenAI ensures that client data is neither shared nor used for model training.
