What Are Free AI Credits?

Free AI credits are resources that allow your company to process documents and transactions within VAT4U. These credits are assigned to your company account and are shared among all users, rather than being allocated to individuals.

How Does the Free Tier Work?

For License Holders:

If your company opts for a license model (fixed fee), you receive 4,000 free AI credits for every €1 paid to VAT4U.

Example: A license costing €250 will provide you with 1,000,000 free AI credits.
 

For Other Users:

If your company uses VAT4U technology without a purchased license, you will receive 2,000 free AI credits for every €1 paid.

Example: A payment of €250 will yield 500,000 free AI credits.

Important Points to Note

• Credits are assigned at the company level, not to individual users.
• If your company runs out of credits, additional credits can be purchased.
• Credits will not be allocated if there are any unpaid invoices.
• VAT4U reserves the right to modify the free tier model and credit calculations at any time.
• AI credits are valid for 12 months from the date of the invoice that generated them. 
• Any unused credits will expire after this period and cannot be carried over to the next year. 

Frequently Asked Questions

How many AI credits are consumed?

The number of credits consumed varies based on the feature used and its complexity. For instance, data enrichment typically consumes 2,000 credits per invoice, while chatbots and the Query Management AI assistant may use around 30,000 credits per interaction, depending on complexity.

What happens if I run out of credits?

If your company exhausts its AI credits, additional credits can be purchased through your
company's admin on the VAT4U platform.

Do outsourcing customers have AI credits?

No, AI credits are exclusively for technology users; outsourcing customers do not receive these credits. To purchase AI credits, simply click the Purchase AI Credits button. You can choose from several packages:

• Small Package: €99 for 1 Million AI Credits
• Medium Package: €550 for 10 Million AI Credits
• Large Package: €2,450 for 100 Million AI Credits

Smart AI Settings

In the Smart AI settings, you can specify patterns that Smart AI should identify when recognizing different data points. For example:

PO Number Pattern (Natural): Describe the pattern in human language (e.g., “Starts with the letter P and has 5 digits”).

PO Number Pattern (REGEX): Utilize REGEX pattern matching for advanced identification. REGEX is used to ensure that the input PO number follows a specific pattern. For instance, if your company’s PO numbers follow a specific format, you can enforce that format by applying a regular expression during data entry validation.

Once you’ve defined your settings, remember to save Smart AI settings to apply the changes.
