The Documents tab serves as a central storage hub for all company-related documents within VAT4U. Any document uploaded, such as tax certificates, will appear here:
You can also upload various types of documents, including:
- Contracts (even agreements between your company and VAT4U);
- Commercial registers;
- Identity documents for legal representatives;
- Billing instructions or any other relevant documents.
These documents are organized in a table, displaying details like:
- Document Name;
- Document Type;
- Created At (the date the document was uploaded);
- Actions (option to delete the document).
If you already store your documents in your cloud storage and prefer not to upload them to the VAT4U platform, you can simply store the link to the document instead. This allows you to keep everything organized and accessible without transferring files into the system.
