We’re expanding the capabilities of VAT4U’s Smart AI with several powerful assistants designed to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of your expense validation process. Our AI Assistants now help streamline invoice checks with three new detection features. It automatically scans receipts to flag potential multiple meal attendees (“Pot. Multiple Attendees”), gift or entertainment expenses (“Pot. Gift/Entertainment”), and service tips (“Pot. Service Tip”) in the Expenses Table. You can track progress in the Running Jobs report and filter by AI risk level once processing is complete to prioritize reviews.

AI Data Enrichment

We’re introducing a smarter, more efficient way to manage your expense data. Smart AI Data Enrichment is a new feature designed to automatically fill in missing information, enhance existing records, and give you clearer insights — all with just a few clicks. Once activated, AI reviews your attached documents, suggests accurate data based on what it finds, and lets you decide how updates are applied. You’re always in control — whether you want to accept changes only when fields are empty, when values differ, or not at all. It’s a simple, flexible tool that helps reduce manual work and improve data quality. Smart AI Data Enrichment will be available soon in the Manage Expenses section.
